This clinical intervention is provided often as supplemental clinical services over the course of 6 weeks (telehealth) - providing a Certificate of Completion and clinical recommendations upon completion.
INDIVIDUAL clinical counseling for adolescents and adults specifically focused on skill-building interventions surrounding automatic thoughts, core beliefs, mindfulness, effective communication and self-care and wellness. This clinical treatment intervention is curriculum based, offered individually, and often supplements clinical treatment or provides additional skills to those seeking self-care and wellness. Treatment is brief and typically completed over 8-16 sessions.
