Teenagers and pre-teens who are in need of establishing a trusting professional therapeutic relationship before counseling can begin. Set up an assessment appointment to "interview" a therapist with your adolescent to determine if the match will support therapeutic progress. Meet with a therapist with adolescent expertise in providing therapeutic intervention to even the most guarded youth. Expertise with providing therapy and treatment to youth who have experienced trauma, losses, suffer depression, anxiety, school phobia, truancy, self-esteem, divorce/custody, self-harm, family conflict, grief, transitions, bullying, school issues.

Individual counseling for adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment and life stressors, family and parenting support, attachment/connection building, and psychoeducation.
Parenting is challenging. Parenting a child with specialized needs can be overwhelming. It is okay to ask for help, feel stressed, and need support.
Experienced in collaborating with Family Services, Adult Probation, Guardian Ad Litem, DCF, and Family Court.
Comprehensive clinical assessments can support student and family goals and success. Diagnostic evaluations and clinical assessments can be arranged to examine individual and family functioning, strengths, needs, support educational, legal, and permanency planning.
INDIVIDUAL clinical counseling specifically focused on parenting, intimate partner violence, and the impact on children and families. This clinical intervention is provided often as supplemental clinical services over the course of 6 weeks (telehealth) - providing a Certificate of Completion and clinical recommendations upon completion.
INDIVIDUAL clinical counseling for adolescents and adults specifically focused on skill-building interventions surrounding automatic thoughts, core beliefs, mindfulness, effective communication and self-care and wellness. This clinical treatment intervention is curriculum based, offered individually, and often supplements clinical treatment or provides additional skills to those seeking self-care and wellness. Treatment is brief and typically completed over 8-16 sessions.
